Therefore we offer the best warranty you can get on the market:

• If one of our UV lamps stops lightning before the end of the guaranteed lifetime, the UV lamp will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE.
• We guarantee the same LIFETIME than the "original" UV lamp.
• The UV OUTPUT is at least the same or better than the "original" UV lamp.

RADIATED POWER:
All UV systems are delivered with a guaranteed performance. The calculation of the UV system`s capacity is affected by the UV lamps which are used in the individual models. All UV lamps show a specific radiated power (W or µW/cm2), a specific lifetime and a decrease in intensity during their lifetime. All these details are the calculation basis of power and UV-dosage. When the UV lamps are replaced after the life cycle has expired, it must be ensured that the replacement lamps match the same qualities.

LIFETIME:
UV lamps work best when they run constantly. In normal operation a UV lamp is switched on and off on an average once a day. Standard low-pressure UV lamps have a normal lifetime of 8.000 to 10.000 hours, low-pressure/Amalgam UV lamps have a normal lifetime of 10.000 to 14.000 hours. Medium-pressure UV lamps have a normal lifetime of 4.000 to 8.000 hours.

If the number of switching on/off increases, the lifetime normally will be reduced. It is of great importance that UV lamps are replaced within their guaranteed lifetime to ensure an optimal operation of the UV system.
